Yeah when it rains it pours lol we took out a loan when I had to get my teeth done. We paid it off in like 6 months or something like that. It was a lot easier making small payments each month than a doing it all at once!

Ditto. Minus the twins part.

One crown and a root canal FOR the crown and I've maxed out both insurances.

Irked

I hate deployment but I'm looking forward to the combat pay... sigh

Ya, I have to get another crown next year. Sigh.

They should just yank em all and give me dentures. It's ridiculous the cost for dental work!!!!

I'd for sure wait until after the twins. lol Tylenol is a joke for pain relief. I was dieing yesterday after the Lidocaine wore off like,"Where's my Vicodinnnnnn?"

well when i was getting my one tooth worked on, mind you i was numb, i started getting this really sharp pain when they would start working on my tooth...so they gave me more Lidocaine and it still was hurting...well i figured out after the numbness wore off and when i would brush my teeth it was actually the tooth next to it(which i need a crown on too). so after they put my permanent crown on they did a filling on the other tooth to hold it over until i could come back and get the crown...well lets just say they BARELY got the filling on it cause it was hurting sooooo bad so i think im gonna need a root canal on it however i dont know how they are going to do it since the lidocaine didnt work ugh im dreading going back there

Eek.

When they did for mine yesterday was numb all the way around the tooth. I felt pain on the tooth STILL from when they used the air thingy. He drilled into my tooth (barely felt it) and put lidocaine right IN the tooth and then proceeded with the canal.

You can get a loan from the Navy Marine Relief people on base. I had all four wisdom teeth removed and what insurance didn't pay I took out a loan ...think it was almost 1,000. They do it over so many months and the money comes straight out of your DH's paycheck. We just got mine paid off last month Woot
