Rude people

I'm busy, I get that. But I'm very polite on the phone, I don't mind being put on hold, and I use my lunch break to run my errands. I don't get why you can't explain to me how come I can't access my account online, or why you're short with me. Listen lady, I make less than you do every month, the last thing I'm here for is to be mean to you. I just need your help, and I'll make this phone convo as short as possible, promise.
But no, you have to be rude, mean, not listen, impatient, and sigh at me. Sorry. Maybe you should find another 20-year-old who has been as patient with you as I have been.
