HA you should see the email I am sending this woman . . . she accused ME of not doing my job. I went back and found the past 3 MONTHS of cleared checks from their office. She is claiming I'm not doing my job and have not been paying them . . . 
I think this may be CC: to her boss as well.

1. Builders Risk Payment Breakdown 7/27/10
2. Builders Risk Reporting Form Month Ending June 2010 (with the properties being added on the bottom of the sheet)
3. Check number 1219 for 964 N Pine Street (front and back of cleared check from our bank)
4. Check number 5156 for 146 N Cranberry (front and back of cleared check from our bank)
5. Builders Risk Payment Breakdown 8/24/10
6. Builders Risk Reporting Form Month Ending July 2010
(with the properties being typed in and added to the sheet like you informed us to do)
7. Check number 1225 for 964 N Pine Street (front and back of cleared check from our bank) *Please note these were cleared on 8/30/10 which would mean our payment was NOT late last month (Due on 8/31/10)- Why were the two properties not added onto this months?
8. Check number 5214 for 146 N Cranberry (front and back of cleared check from our bank)*Please note these were cleared on 8/30/10 which would mean our payment was NOT late last month (Due on 8/31/10)- Why were the two properties not added onto this months?

11. Copy of both the checks going out in the mail TODAY to pay for August 2010 Builders Risk.
First off, please do not accuse others of not doing their jobs when clearly I was doing everything on my end that you told me to do. I have done absolutely everything I was trained to do from the start concerning Builders Risk. If you would like to keep pointing fingers, you can point them at yourself. Second, why are our properties not added onto the account when the checks were clearly being cashed by Builders Risk? I sent you over a packet last month and was under the assumption this was all taken care of. You mentioned on the phone that Builders Risk told you we do not have any properties on the account since May. This is clearly not the fault of anyone on our end. Wouldn't you think if you were told last month we didn't have any properties, you would at least contact us to try and solve this problem last month?
I will be now only communicating with you over e-mail, so that I have something in writing backing up what I am doing (and told to do) on my end.
Please send something for our records in our office stating this situation was resolved and that we have indeed had insurance the past few months. Also, if you need me to do something differently on my end, please let me know.
I expect an email back today confirming this matter was finally taken care of along with proof or confirmation we can keep with our records.
