Can we take Sudafed or fricken ANYTHING besides Claritin and Tylenol?!

My head feels like it's going to explode.

I *thought* Sudafed was ok but I can't remember which kind...

I know pseudoephedrine isn't safe. That's the Sudafed you have to ask for behind the counter. The other stuff is lamer...and mellow...but I need something.

I took a Tyenol with pseudoephedrine in it at the end of my pregnancy with Wesson. I had tunnel vision, sweats, and hallucinated. That was the trippyest 3 hours of my life.

call up the pharmacy and they will be able to tell you what you can take over the counter
