I've done the 30 day shred vid. I love it. My prob is tummy fat. It's stubborn and after two kids, it's on my nervesss!!!!!

I watch my diet very closely. I walk/jog, am very active with the kids. I'm actually small everywhere else.. it almost makes me look deformed (atleast IMO) .. lol I'm about to just have to suck it up, get serious, and hit the gym. Sad
