Black Bean Brownies

Post by Liz on Sun Jan 16, 2011 12:10 pm

1 can black beans
3/4 cup sugar
3 eggs
3 tablespoons oil
pinch of salt
1/4 cup cocoa
1 teaspoon vanilla

Preheat oven to 350. Blend ingredients in blender or food processor until smooth. Bake in a greased 8x8 pan for 30 minutes.

Seriously...sounds sick. But they are SOOOOOO good! Kinda like a cross between a brownie and chocholate cheesecake. Trust me!

There is no flour in them either, so they are better for you. For real, somebody try them and tell everybody else they are good so you all don't think I'm nuts!

I need to find black beans and cocoa. I've never bought straight "cocoa" except for...umm... Nesquik. lol

Drool Nesquik

This sounds gross, but something I would try for the kids.
It only sounds gross because I don't like chocolate though lol
