I can't wait to start it back up after the twins are evicted!!!

I'm going to the gym this morning...gotta finish this bowl of cereal before I head that way though don't want to pass out on the elliptical!

I did good. I thought I wouldn't be able to do very much since its been so long since going to the gym but I did:

2 miles on the elliptical
1 mile on the treadmill
1 mile on the bike

You go girl!

I was doing so good for a while.... but then I go overly tired and needed to catch back up..... I'm definitely starting back on Monday.

Do you realize we got this same exercise bug about the same time last year?

we always get the exercise bug.... it's like the flu it only comes around every so often!

Its the "before summer rush to loose weight" seriously the gym was FLOODED with women...and might I add already skinny women

Seriously I tried on shorts that I bought last year during the summer to wear and I CAN'T FIT IN THEM!

Hence my butt finally getting to the gym again.

John has duty today so I figure I'll be doing the 30 day shred tonight to help pass the time

I just can't do the shred. It is killer. And I can never get past level 1.

I've been mixing kick boxing in with the treadmill.
Kickboxing kicks my butt though!

I was doing level two last time and found it a lot easier than level one. All those jump roping and jacks back to back was a killer.

I still think level 2 is crazy hard!

They have level 1 on ondemand . . .
Maybe ill try it tonight? lol
