Omg, it is super yummy! Pizza Hut now has Texas toast mini pizzas, so we decided to make our own. You have to try them!

My sister-in-law made these and my brother brought some for us to sample this morning! They were great!

Re: Garlic toast pizza
My sis-in-law just used normal bread with garlic and butter on it. I'll have to find out tomorrow!

I usually just use whatever we have laying around for Rosemary's pizzas. Pita bread, tortillas, English muffins, but I think this would be really good!

Re: Garlic toast pizza
I made some makeshift last minute cheesy garlic bread last night!
5 slices of bread on a cookie sheet, some garlic salt, 1 minute under the broiler. Then I put some shredded colby jack cheese and did 1 more minute. It was sooooooo good.

The kids love it, especially when they get to make their own! (although you have a year or so before that happens)
