There were a bunch of different houses on there from what looked like that same poster . . . that's why I was wondering.

They look the same because they're all major duplexes. 
Everything down here is in a subdivision. AND you'll find tons of apartment complexes.
When you're looking at the map for these homes/apartments, try to stay out of, or as close to "out of" the belt loop as possible. That's the 440/40 circle you see on the map. The center of that is downtown and there are some...ehhh...not so nice areas.

Yeah I was wondering where those areas were! LOL I would prefer to stay outside of the city . . . Brad agrees. I want the small town southern living
