What's cookin' Wednesday?

Started dinner yet? Thought about it? Drool

We're having Stew Beef (cooking now)and I'm going to fix a pot of rice, seasoned collards, and creamed mashed potatoes later on tonight.

We'll probably have some kind of leftover. I am so lacking in the cooking department these days. lol

Eh, maybe I will be nice and make turkey and swiss quesadillas. Rosemary sometimes will eat them. She has been so picky lately.
