SOOOOOOO sorry I've been gone for so long..... basically I went back to school and it kicked my ass for a little while...but now I'm out for two weeks so hopefully you will see me around here for a while before hell starts all over again.

I'm getting married. ...again. That came up...ohh...yesterday.

Dude, really???? that's awesome!!! Kenny and I renewed our vows... we actually have a chapter in a book a girl wrote about renewing your wedding vows... we're chapter 5 or maybe it was 3???? but our pictures are in it and everything!

So I'm guessing that what all the threads about January 29th are??? I have some reading to do!

I'm an open book!!! the first wedding was one of those 2-days before he shipped out deals... when he returned we did it full force, 250 guests, sit down dinner, etc.

Did you follow any "renewal etiquette"?

My sister did her's at this house in Wake Forest, the Sutherland! OMG sooooo beautiful! They have a gorgeous garden area.... perfect for a smaller wedding!

It'll be too cold for outdoors.

We're doing semi-simple. I'm cutting corners and stuff...but I think it'll be nice. In my head at least.

I got married at Meredith Chapel, the chapel at my college - but they rent out to the public pretty cheap... I think it was only $300.

There is a house in Clayton that is beautiful! The Windsor I think???

Or try, The Matthews House - this is in Cary - B-E-A-Utiful! They even let you stay in the bridal suite the night of the wedding, they have a huge reception hall they just added on.... call Nina Davis, and tell her you are a close personal friend of LaDonna who used to work with Patty Briguglio! She'll treat you right! I used to do all her marketing and PR.

I don't know how much they run.... so they may be out of your budget... but I know they are super duper nice and beautiful... so it's definitely worth looking into!

Oh the Matthews House is gorgeousssssssssssss.

That's a huge step up from a VFW hall type thing I was thinking of.

I need a floor, and some music, and some tables.

I even said I could cook my own food.
