I want to have someone take pictures but since we're in England, I'm riding with a friend of ours to pick DH and another guy up. Our friend is a guy DH works with so maybe he'll agree to take pictures. I hope so because if not, I'm gonna stage homecoming #2 at our house and have someone take pictures! lol

I agree! Pictures are needed!

I was more excited for his last R&R becasue he took it so late in the deployment. He was ccoming home a few months after that, so when he did come home it felt like he was just home. lol

Well luckily I have plenty of things to do before he gets home! I've had a job here in Georgia for the past several months and my last day is Friday, then I'll be packing and spending time with family/friends all weekend. Monday night I'm off to England! Then I'll be unpacking, cleaning and organizing til he gets home!!

It's about an 8 hour flight. My flight is at 10:50pm on Monday night and I'll land in London at 12:15 London time, 7:15am EST. It's not too too bad, I usually just watch movies and try to sleep. I'm terrified of flying though so I always stress myself out the few days before the flight (like now!) lol

I'd be freaked. I can't fly over water. Hell, I have enough trouble flying period. LMAO

I know, that probably didn't help.

I'd go nuts for 8 hours. Do you get the really big cool planes?!

Well the first time I flew there was the first time I'd ever flown over water! I was terrified!!

The planes I've been on aren't as big as I thought they would be, definitely not those double decker planes! It's the ones that have the 2 aisles on each side of the plane then the 3 aisles in the middle. So 7 aisles all together.

There's a little flight tracker on each personal tv screen and obsess over that! It shows you a map of exactly where the plane is, how fast we're going, the outside temp, how many miles we've been and how many we've got left.

The first time I flew overseas it was awful. It was storming really bad and everybody was puking. I hate flying. Not becasue I am scared, but because I am germophopbic and the small space that never gets cleaned grosses me out.

Sorry, probably not helping. My b......lol

The germs don't bother me... I just know that I have zero control over the plane... if this thing goes down, we are pretty much ALL dead... not much of a chance.

I might get one of the doctors I work for to precribe me some valium lol Just something to help me relax and sleep!
