I love my job.... but.....

I have approximately 2,000 agreement customers that are 100% my responsibility.... well we go out to their homes twice a year for maintenance, etc.... I have to book all those appointments and November is the BUSIEST month of the year. I have to call 656 customers.

YES, SIX HUNDRED and FIFTY-SIX.... needless to say, I'm using a super stupid looking headset so I don't break my neck using the phone so much and I want to SLEEP.....

UGH, I just wanted to whine for a bit.

the only bonus is because I've been doing for so long that it requires minimal thinking.... so I can play on the internet... i.e. HERE.... while I am making phone calls.
