LOVE!

So I got the 2011 Honda Accord EX-L on Friday.... and I'm in love!

It is polished metal... with black leather interior. It has a sunroof and woodgrain interior. It even has a handsfree bluetooth phone system so as soon as I enter the car (I don't even have to take it out of my purse) it connects to my phone and all phones can be made or received through voice-activation that is installed in the car speakers.... so I don't ever have to take my hands off the wheel. It's so cool. I played with it for hours!

So the guy took over $5,000 off the sticker price, they gave me $12,000 for my truck (I only owed $8,000) and I got the bumper to bumper warranty for 10 years.... and STILL dropped my car payment by $130/ month. Bonus, my gas will cut in half too.... with my truck I only got about 380 miles to the tank and it was 25 gallons.... I can go about 400 in the Accord and it's only 18 gallons so I should cut my gas expense from $300 a month to $200 a month.... so all in all I got a brand new car and I'm saving $330 a month WOOHOO!!!!

Mackenzie is a little pissed about not having a DVD system now.... but DH promised to buy her a portible one for her lap! She is old enough now she can probably operate it on her own anywho! No more changing DVDs at high speeds Apparently this car will be much safer for all of us! hahaha

awesome! and the dvd thing: we got a set of 2 that are all flat and you just strap it to the back of the headrest, i dont know what we would have done without it bc it keeps kaylie so occupied. we got it at walmart

We got ours from Sears (we had one built in to the Jeep but the truck doesn't have one) so we bought the two screen one. I'm glad Reese can operate the thing by himself too because I was one of those that could change a dvd etc while going 60 down the highway

Love your car, LaDonna! I'm so jealous... I'm almost there for saving up to get my first used car.
