I did it yesterday and am done entering everything in today. I can't wait to get cleared for exercise. I'm sitting around this house so bored. Wesson is old enough where he can totally "shred" with me.

That's awesome! I'm on my 3rd day. I went grocery shopping and had to look up my old entries to figure out what the heck I could eat! lol

You initially enter your weight/height and it calculates how many calories/carbs/fat/protein you need to eat in a day to effectively lose weight. You log your food and exercise and it keeps track. I lost about 10 pounds when I was doing it before I got pregnant with the twins and now I'm back to it!

We have a treadmill, but and elliptical machine would be nice too!!
