Well, that's what I have been doing at least! I seriously don't like fruit. It is a texture thing. But blend it up with some yogurt, and I'm game! So I have been having one for breakfast nearly every day for a few months now. Might be needing some new ideas though! I make the normal strawberry banana, banana and peanut butter, pumpkin, watermelon and berry, and I usually add some kind of green like spinach or kale. Any ideas?

I like mangoes. They're pretty versatile too. Pineapple is good with bananas or strawberries as well. I love fruit, so i just throw in pretty much anything (blackberries, blueberries, raspberries, oranges/juice). You might try some shredded coconut or coconut milk depending on how well your blender works. It could be like healthy piƱa coladas for breakfast.

I've also heard of people using avacadoes, cucumbers and tofu in smoothies. I've never tried those though. I really like cucumber/watermelon infused water though, so I want to try that as a smoothie.

I can't stand sucking strawberries through a straw the texture is just gagging! Blaaah! I really don't like smoothies at all. I like the cream slushes from Sonic but that is as smoothie as I get!

Tate, maybe you could try putting extra of the frozen parts of the recipe in. It turns it into more of an ice cream texture. I do that sometimes to trick my daughter into eating it. What kid doesn't want I've cream for breakfast?

Hahahaha! Well you could always just blend it up until its slush and no longer resembles fruit.
