Oh Kala, it's so good. Some people really hate it but I LOVE it. Carolina bbq isn't like what most people think of when they hear the word "bbq". It doesn't have the sauce, and it's very vinegary tasting. Smithfield's bbq is good if you want to try it. Thig's is good too, but it's way out by the airport.

holy skip, we won't be driving out there lol but I could handle Smithfield's. I'm really picky with meats and such, it doesn't have lots of fatty gristle does it?!

Mmmm cabbage.

I tried making my own boiled garlic-butter cabbage last week but it didn't turn out good. I don't know how you can screw up cabbage but...it wasn't satisfying the taste buds. sigh.

I want to learn how to make the North Carolina BARBEQUE SAUCE!

Smithfields has me licking my chops at the moment. Yum!
