Letters
How many did you write while your significant other was in basic and AIT?
I feel like a nerd. He has only been gone 3 days and I have written around 5 letters. Connor has helped me write some so I don't know if I should count those lol

My friend who is a marine out in CA thinks I am writing too many letters. That its no big deal that he is gone. Well it may not be but I miss him like crazy! Made me want to slap him. But i've been friends with him for 8 years so I can't stay mad lol

Oh and FYI don't put girly kisses and stickers and such on the outside...they get a lot of hell for that and he will have to do double the situps/ pushups to get your letters.

Re: Letters
I have all the letters from bootcamp (the ones I sent him and the ones he sent me)
All the letters from his deployment the ones I wrote and the ones he wrote me. (although I only got two letters from him during the deployment).
I love letters.

Okay. So the friend I was talking about ^. I was half mad at him because it was just frustrating that he really thought I was going overboard with letters and that it was completely unnecessary since he is "only at basic". He just sent me this message through facebook:
"Chris is lucky you know. I wonder what its like to have a woman who is
loyal. And loves me as much as I love her. And would do anything for me
same as I would for her. You two keep it going. Youre both lucky. Ttyl"
^He made me want to cry. Stupid emotions...

Re: Letters
I wrote everyday. Sometimes twice a day. He LOVED getting letters.
There's no better feeling at that moment when you get your name called for mailcall.
