Velveeta Cheese Chili Dip

I'm making some right now for the guys to eat while they are here. I get to use my new crock pot. I bought it like 2 months ago and have only used it 1 other time.

I use my crock pot for chili, and cheese dip, and pot roast, and brown beans...I think I am gonna make black eyed peas and corn bread for dinner tomorrow...Its undecided though...

I am a born and raised North Carolinian and I HATE black eyed peas and collard greens!!!!

My dad is a yankee through and through so on New Years I eat hotdogs and sauerkraut with him and bypass the rest of the stuff.

Yeah we have black eyed peas on New Years...I love black eyed peas!

It's amazing!! Wes doesn't like it though so I can't eat it unless I'm at home and my dad makes it.

I can't get past the smell of it.
