and he was dripping sweat...yet he said that was because "it was hot in the house with no circulation" but I saw his abs quivering one time he said he was feeling the burn...but at the end of it he said "Okay I could do it again...restart it" he has to be a tough Marine...but I think it was a decent work out for him. At least different from just running and doing weights. I am NOT looking forward to 3rd phase
