So as some of you may know,my goal in life is to open a Cristmas Tree farm/ pumpkin patch with a gift shop. Kinda like Mike's Farm. So I have been trying new fudge recipes and made this today. I think it truned out pretty good.

Ingredients:

1 cup eggnog
3 cups white sugar
1 1/2 cups marshmallows
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/2 tsp rum extract
2 tbsp butter
6 ounces white chocolate chips

Directions:
Line a 8 x 8 inch baking pan with aluminum foil and set aside.
Spray the bottom and sides of a large saucepan with cooking spray. Heat eggnog and sugar over medium heat. Bring to rolling boil, stirring constantly with a wooden spoon. Boil for 2 minutes.
Fold in marshmallows, rum extract, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Return to a boil for 6 minutes, stirring constantly. As the mixture boils it will become brown. Remove from heat and quickly stir in butter, white chocolate chips. Stir until well mixed and glossy.
Quickly pour into prepared pan.
Cool at room temperature. Remove from pan, remove foil and cut into squares.

Well here is what my loving husband has to say about my idea:

"Hell why stop at just a Christmas Tree Pumpkin Patch shop, why don’t we have the cast of Hee-Haw perform some banjo ho downs while we have some toothless waitresses serve up some fancy vittles."

I love how he supports me. lol

LMAO Tell him I have been to a heehaw performance...bought a shirt, and loved listening to the banjo! And toothless people often have the best vittles around! Razz

I've never tried eggnog, but I'm sure the fudge is tasty!
I agree with Tate you'd be really good at running a pumkin patch/ christmas tree farm!
