Rotel Chicken Quesadillas!

Super easy!

1 lb chicken tenders
1 can of rotel
Mozzarella Cheese
Sour Cream
Flour Tortillas

Chili Powder
Garlic Powder
Onion/or onion powder
Or maybe some taco seasoning instead...

Put the can of rotel and chicken in a skillet and cook till chicken is done. Take chicken and shred or dice which ever you prefer.

Spread sour cream on flour tortilla put chicken/rotel mixture in tortilla and put in a clean skillet (spray skillet with no stick spray) and fry till tortilla is crispy!

That sounds yummy...

what's rotel?

Rotel it comes in a can. Its diced tomatoes and Chilies

You can put ground beef in it too... seriously it taste so good with chips. Every time my mom made it for school functions we would fix a HUGE crock pot full and it would be the first thing gone. Both my brother and my friends would ask my mom to cook it haha.

If you put chilies and tomatoes in a bowl it will taste like tomatoes and chilies. Where as these chilies and tomatoes taste like ROTEL!
