Insanity Empty Insanity

Has anyone seen the commercials for this? It's by the same people that do P90X that everyone talks about. I got it and it is HARD. I've only done 3 days so far and I already lost almost an inch from my waist and hips!

Once I'm done y'all can borrow it if you want to!

I'm still trying to get back in gear with the 30-day Shred. The...SHREDDERS mumble ditched me.

So Adrian did day 4 with me, which was a lot easier than the other days. He told the guy to "F off" and "F you" a few times, so that made me feel better, like I'm not the only tub of lard that thought it was hard.
