My friend is doing this program and claims she has lost over 10lbs.
What do you guys think about it?!

I lost a ton of weight when I did it. I fell of the bandwagon and am a fatty again.

I am a fat lard and just about anything could probably make me loose weight at this point

I'm irritated with food. I eat such raw fruits and vegetables now. I make my own stupid salad dressing, I eat hamburgers with no buns, I haven't bought bread in 2 weeks, and I haven't lost a fucking POUND. Not even a .1.

Weightloss is bullshit.

Eating right alone won't make you loose weight You have to do more physical activity than you normally do too Why not start the 30 day shred again now that you are eating good?

I'm too tired by the end of the day...

By the time I get everything done in the house, I'm so exhausted, and it's not just a 30-day shred workout, I'll still have to shower too.

Taking care of the house is a 30-day exercise plan in itself!

I'm thinking about trying this online account thing.

My husband and I got into a MASSIVE fight about a breast reduction today. I need one. Badly. My boobs are almost 2 cup sizes different. I can't buy bras. And they are so big it hurts all the time. Apparently that's not enough of a reason to need one. Sigh.

I noticed recently after having Wesson that one of my ladies shrank more than the other.

Talk about crap. I kept getting pissed off because I was falling out of one cup and then went...Oh. Oh. OH! Grr.

I'm mostly irritable with my stomach though. Wrinkle-City. Ugh.
