10 minute crunchless abs

I have to go in the evening, after dinner and Wesson's bath. ...while he's winding down.

I bring snacks and an evening bottles and he chills in his stroller watching cartoons.

We can set up the playpen and let the kids play.

Wesson will be climbing out of the playpen by then . . . so will Natalee I'm sure. We can go for bike rides around the parking lot! lol

If you buy that jeep...we can strap the bikes to the car and get little toddler seats so we can take them!!!!!!

We plan on getting one of those things soon. We all have bikes now, just need to get out and ride them lol

I can;t wait to work out again. I am gonna get the 30 day shred dvd I wanna get toned again or try to My husband is gonna help me workout......lord help me lol!!

I'm just to lazy when I get off work and never stop at Target.
My bill is due soon, so I will have to eventually.

I really like the 30-day shred dvd but after you get the exercises down pat, you have to mute the tv and listen to your own music because Jillian's motivational speaking drives me nuts.

I prefer listening to music anyways so I will probably play music during it anyways lol

I listen to audio books when on the treadmill . . . weird I know, but It makes the time go by really fast for me.

the Movie was not as good as the book..gosh i hate that when i read the book but movie does not compare lol

The book was great, the movie sucked. Except for...well...Channing.

I started taking Wesson to the gym. He's been so good. I'm going again tonight. I was off last night from having the strep throat. (dies)

lol the gym here on Midway park offers belly dancing...umm no thanks but I will do Zumba since I love to dance anyways

I thought about this Zumba thing. My gf had a baby in February and looks AMAZING. She did it everyday.

I'm just worried that I'll buy another dvd that I might not use.

I wish I lived closer to base. I'd do some of those things.
