The hospital I stayed in when I had Reese had decent food. My school lunches...I wouldn't know besides chicken nuggets and nachos. Most of the time I didn't eat

Yeaaaa our high school lunches were disgusting.
Chicken patties were like...not chicken. You didn't even think about touching the jello.
And once a month, you'd get some meat n gravy combo over rice. It looked like ALPO.

Back in Jr. High they had really good mashed taters and gravy...but in Jr. High they served NACHO's so you know what every kid got until they would either run out of chips for the day or cheese talk about healthy.

Other kids ate the lunches...so I don't think they were terrible. We had a salad bar that was good! But I only usually took two dollars to school...I had a Dr. Pepper for lunch

I also should add that I went to the inner city school where you were required to bring a box of kleenex for the year because the school couldn't afford to provide it.

Our school does that now... Apparently they weren't as broke when we were in school

We had one line and the classes had to take turns getting out early.
So like Monday a certain class got out early then Tuesday it was someone elses chance...etc. It was a mess and the teachers hated their short day...seriously we spent maybe 20 minutes in that class on that day
