It depends how old the houses are. New construction is required to have USA made materials. It is enforced and checked when material hits a jobsite.

The old housing, I'm not sure. Black mold could definitely be a contributor.

It DOES exist and it IS frowned upon.

They make it sound like all their housing is new construction lol

They're DOING new construction, but there's ALOT of old parts.

It is terribly sad..... but I think they said it wasn't connected.... however nobody really knows for sure! They aren't likely to admit it.

I've heard A LOT of horror stories about the OLD housing sections. Honestly, it wouldn't surprise me in the least if it's connected to the infant deaths since their respiratory system is no where near that of an adults. All it would take is a decent amount of exposure to that black mold and God knows what else before it triggers an inflamatory reaction in an infant which could easily be chalked up to SIDs.

Yeah, they wouldn't admit it. I smell law suits though.

That's so sad. Now I want to leave our housing.

idk...not that old. We are in the newer old ones. Like maybe the early 90's.
