Awana
Did any of you go when you were kids or have brought your kids? I am thinking of bringing Rosemary. They are starting classes here in housing, but I wonder if she is too young to understand the whole God concept.

Reese...kinda understand's God though.
He has told me to look out the window at the sunset because "God did that" and some other cute things. It is never to early to teach them about God

Re: Awana
Did you go to Bible classes though? I went to Catholic school, so it was all day, everyday.

Re: Awana
We went to church Sunday mornings, Sunday nights, and Wednesday evenings. Then of course we did VBS (vacation bible school) during the summer.

Re: Awana
I've never heard of that. I went to a Catholic School and I hated it. Connor won't be baptized until he can decide for himself. We go to my mom's church (used to go every sunday) and I love that church. Haven't found one out here yet

Re: Awana
We don't have to go to Catholic service. If I ever want my husband to go with it can't be that anyways.
I was thinking more non-demoninational. Yes?

Never heard of Awana, but I was raised roman catholic, went to church every sunday, went to roman catholic all-girl school for 8 years. Don't know how I wanna raise my kids yet, thankfully no kids yet since I can't make up my mind.
