Good luck. 
Once you quit for a week or so it's pretty easy. Plus next month is Thanksgiving and the month of succulent, wonderful, and down right amazing food.

We ate at Mc Donalds last night and it was gross, I felt gross . . .
Just have to keep that in mind.

I had 5 Points for lunch today. It's that place right by the commissary. So good. Italian beef....

It's just a hole in the wall drive in place. It's like right across the street from the store. They have Chicago Dogs and gyros and Italian sausage. It's all so good. Rosemaey always asks to go to the "Hot Dog Store."
