Breakfast: Protein Shake (worked out) Thumbs Up
Lunch: Left over Chicken Enchilada's with rice and beans
Dinner: Probably left overs unless we end up going out to eat

Breakfast: coco wheats (I would guess most of you don;t know what they are)

Lunch: Turkey sandwich

Dinner: Pumpkin french toast, sausage, hash browns, and eggs. Maybe a cheese souffle for the eggs.

CoCo Wheats CoCo Wheats can't be beat, it's the creamy hot cereal with the coco treat. To be big and strong, and (lots of fun?) eat coco wheats everyoneeeee!

Pssh. I know all about coco wheats!

Breakfast - Granola Bar
Lunch - Ice cream and green bean casserole. Separately... ahem.
Dinner - Pot roast with mashes potatoes.
