We went to a friend's house but with "our" leftover turkey, we typically make cold turkey sandwiches on white toast with mayo. Drool

I am making wild rice soup tonight. Usually the day after I make turkey dressing sandwiches. You take the leftover stuffing, gravy, and some shredded turkey and put it all in the crockpot. Make the yummiest sandwiches EVER!

Made turkey enchiladas tonight. I just used like half a brick of cream cheese, a can of green chiles, and some shredded turkey in a tortilla, then dumped a can of green sauce on them, baked at 350 for 20 minutes, then sprinkled cheese on top and cooked for another 20. Yum!
