What's for dinner?!

We were going to have Spaghetti and meatballs, but Wes threw a fit and made something awful. I don't even know what it was supposed to be. 
It had pasta, chicken, and some veggies, in a vinegary sauce.

We had chicken/enchilada sauce/cheese/sour cream/black beans on wheat tortillas (baked them in the oven so they were hard then put the mixture on top.)
