Spaghetti Squash?

Has anyone tried it?

I want to find it...I think it'd be a good alternative to spaghetti noodles but...I'm scared.

I've tried spaghetti squash. I paid $0.49/lb and found it at a local "farmer's market" kinda like Trader Joe's. It's a good alternative to spaghetti noodles as it's a vegetable and you're consuming more fiber. Personally I missed carbs too much. It's easy to cook (I chose to put cut-up halves in a bowl of water and microwave it)... my friend bakes it. Good luck!

It's a huge difference from spaghetti. It tastes like a vegetable in strands, fibery.

I've actually drawn away from carbs alot! We rarely eat pasta now. And I don't eat sandwiches very much.

It's mostly a meat and some veggies for dinner!

We usually do meat and veggies, but I have to through carbs in most of the time.

I definitely have carbs for dinner. If not, I snack on carbs.
