Stuck....

I'm stuck on the same weight. I just want to loose 10 more lbs. I would be completely happy!!!

Have you increased your water intake??? You should take half your total weight and convert that to ounces and that's how many ounces of water you should drink a day!

So if you weigh 150 you should drink 75 ounces.

I drink insane amounts of water, not sure if I drink anywhere near 75 ounces of water though.

I don't think drinking that insane amount of ounces is right for everyone. You also shouldn't drink it all at once (duh).

Have you tried zigzagging your calories? Eat low calorie and then eat high calorie the next day to "shock" your system?

Someone mentioned that to me the other day. I have thought about doing it, but I won't start until I come home from vacation..

My problem is that when Aunt Flo comes, the diet goes out the window. Sigh. Neverending evil cycles of death.

Yeah I usually go over a bit when aunt flo is in town!

Someone explained to me that we are all naturally dehydrated so anytime we drink water our body stores a lot of water to survive.... well when you start drinking lots of water your body realizes it doesn't need to store it anymore so it will start letting go of the stored up water, so it works as a crash diet of sorts and you will lose a quick 5-10 pounds.

I think I have had green tea before, and I think I liked it.

Ya green tea makes me pee 900 thousand times a day.

And I couldn't keep it down a couple weeks ago. I was legitimately gagging.

I hope it doesn't make me gag!
