Kale Chips

Sounds nasty, right? They actually are pretty decent. You just take some kale, tear it into pieces, spray with olive oil, then throw some salt on, and bake until dry and crispy, 400ish for 20-30 minutes. They actually taste pretty close to regular potato chips. Different texture, but at least you can get the flavor without all the fat!

One of my friends swears they're delicious. I may have to try them. Kale is on sale here this week.

I tried them with parmesan cheese and it was a no go for me. They ended up soggy. I like them crispy!

Kelp is seaweed! Kale is kind of like spinach.

For some reason, I feel like Kale is gonna taste like brussel sprouts. Blech.

It's a little bitter, but seriously these taste like potato chips. It is the weirdest thing. Plus fat kids like me have can't eat regular potato chips without gaining 5 pounds!
