I know I need to work out every night...I just have no motivation. Irked

It sucks because when I DO workout, I feel flippin GREAT. My sister is coming in August so I need to shrink a little. hissyfit

I have found that for myself the first 3 to 4 weeks are just awful. After that it becomes a habit. What are you doing for exercise? Doing something you actually like makes a huge difference. I always hate running until I can actually do it. then I actually like it. I bought my treadmill from Crystal when she moved to NC, but Craigslist has TONS of ellipticals and treadmills! I can't make myself go to the gym, nor can I afford it right now, so having something at home actually helps me, and I can keep an eye on Rosemary that way.

I have an elliptical, and the 30day shred...I just... When it hits 8:30/9...I get slapped in the face with exhaustion and all I wanna do is go to bed.

I had to change my schedule to get it in. So the dishes may sit until 9:00, but at least I am working out. So usually I get home at 4:00-5:00, make dinner, let it sit for a while, work out at 6:00 for an hour, then do all my other work. It takes me more effort to work out than to do other things, so if I do that earlier it is better for me.

I'm having a hard time motivating myself too. However we did get out for a family walk last night!
