30 Day Shred

Started it last night!!



It's awesome! I really enjoyed it. My co-worker did it and dropped 15 pounds in 25 days.



I'll let you know how it goes.... but after one day I do feel good! It's a nice work-out! Very tough - had to modify a bit because I'm out of shape.... but all in alll it was great!

What does it all entail? I have been tossing about doing that or the P90X. I haven't really looked heavily into them YET...but I'd like to try one!

Where did you get it?

I've heard good things about both. I've also heard that P90X kicks serious butt

I need to kick serious butt. ...But in a cheap way. I need to do some googlin'.

You get what you pay for...does that apply here!?

I have the 30 day Shred, I just haven't done it in a while. I did it for 18 days, but didn't change my diet or anything. I lost 6lbs

I think i would start with 30day shred then do p90x because it is such a butt kicking work out and if you do 30day you will be in shape to do p90x at least thats how im gonna do it after lily comes

Yes, 5 lb weights. && I've seen them at Target

them meaning the 30day Shred dvd.

Yeah...I wouldn't be successful. John would make fun of me while I was doing it and that'd be the end of it.

Yeah Johns not very nice when it comes to me working out because "I don't do it right, or I don't do it good enough, or....etc"

Reese would love it. He'd think I was playing with him

Oh I know! Jon always tries to "give me pointers". I'm like..."Really? Pointers? Let me do it how I want to do it. Or better yet, let me exercise while I'm gettin the baby to bed, making dinner, making the bed, folding laundry..." I know I shouldn't but I get so irritated when he tries to show me ab exercises. He's just trying to help...I know I know...

He's so into himself though. GAAH. He stares in the mirror flexing for a few minutes, turns to me and goes..."Do I look bigger?"

My John is the SAME way Jeannette...but lately its "I'm getting smaller, my arms are getting smaller" I'm like "no babe they look the same as the normally do" him "no no they are getting smaller"..."okay they are getting smaller I guess" him "what no no you said they looked like they always do" me "okay fine whatever"

So John has an obsession about his arms too? Jon stresses about his biceps/triceps and abdomenal "v-line".

He's like..."My v-line! Does it look like it's fading? I did so many ab workouts to get that while I was gone! I worked so hard to try and look good for you and you don't even care!"

He's nuts about his arms too. After he comes home from the gym, I want to hit him. He spends 20 minutes in the bathroom oogling himself in the mirror. I come in and he goes..."Ya...you know you want this."
