I saw that you guys were doing the 30 day shred thing and I think I'm going to do the same. Since my husband is gone I figure I'll be able to work out without getting laughed at and be able to eat the right way without being tempted!

yeah thanks for that Jeannette..... as if I didn't struggle enough doing the damn video....now I'll be too busy concentrating on her nostrils to things properly and will probably pull some far out muscle and be laid up in bed for a month!!
