Cowboy Salsa

This makes a LOT for like a party
2 cans black eyed peas (drained and rinsed)
3 cans diced tomatoes
4 avocados (buy them still hard so you can cube them)
About 6 green Onions
Half a red onion
1 (or 2) cans of corn
1 bottle of Balsamic Vinaigrette dressing
1 Tablespoon Lemon/Lime Juice
Mix beans, tomatoes, corn, lemon juice, and dressing in bowl. Dice up onions and small cube the avocados. Carefully stir in the remaining ingredients and enjoy
*you can add things like garlic, hot peppers, or whatever you think would taste good*

I just saw this. I LOVE salsa with black eyed peas!!! I've never had a bad salsa with black eyed peas in it.
