anyone in TT2 want to do 3 to 6 mile walks with me?

Hey! once the rain stop i'm going to start power walking again. Anyone in TT wanna join in?? I usually do 3 to 6 miles....

I wish I could start walking before MAY, but we have feet of snow :*(

Shoot. I couldn't handle that!! We moved on base just so I could have a network of sidewalks to use.

I have a treadmill in the basement that I "try" to use daily.
I have had this stupid cold for the past week, so that really hasn't been happening.

I can't do tredmills or elipticals. I fall off and I'm not coordinted at all. I once had a membership to the Y, and I went at 6am with the senior citizens and I was running slower than they were, so when I got off my legs gave out and here comes (no joke) a sweet little old lady with a walker and she looked at me and said "sweetie, you know drinking isn't good for you, you shouldnt come here while you are still drunk".....I never went back nor have I fully recovered from that humiliation...btw I wasn't drunk!! lol

That is the best story I have heard all day!
I used to get real dizzy when I was on them, but as I got a routine down it went away.
I try and do abs as well for at least 15 minutes a day, that actually is something I do even when I'm sick.

hey i live on tt i would love to start walking and get my ass in shape lol. i dunno if i could do 3 to 6 miles tho haha but i could try

Hey kaylie if you wanna get to get together let me know and we can start walking. I walk tues through friday usually two times a day

Well..I sure WISH I lived in TT. we are number 26 on the list and we haven't moved since Thursday or Friday

That sucks too bad we are going to be in the same neighborhood that would be awesome.

Shaunna has been MIA for a while, i think she said something about being anti computer after her hubby got back...not really sure though, i live on tt1 id love to go walking but i dont think my back could handle it, these twins are killing me and im not even half way yet lol

Oh gosh, I don't blame you. I didn't feel like walking when I was preg with just one lol

yea it sux...i feel like walking but i know i cant bc i would only last about 10 minutes lol. anytime im on my feet for more than 10 minutes at a time my back starts killing me...i dont know how i go food shopping im like crippled over by the time i get home
