Got my THERAPY appointment in an hour. Ugh.

This week...BREATHING!
Doing a SLOW STEADY kegel on the exhale. Without exhaling hard, doing it slow and controlled...oh...and while laying on your back.
(kicks can) This is bullshit! I hate the doctor that ruined me!!! I want to kick his ass!
She said the biggest problem she has with her patients is that they forget to do their exercises. I'm like..."Lady, I'm on turbo mode. As soon as THIS gets done, I can get surgery. And...I'd like to have this therapy half done before Jon comes home." She laughed.

I really do hate the doctor that ruined you too. Can't you make him pay for your therapy or something?

Well you better get to breathing then! Breathing squeezing and all that good stuff...will put you closer to surgery!
