"One" by Metallica. It's a good running warm up song. Other than that I like the quiet. It often is the only time of day I get complete quiet.

And I know when I leave for the night I'm not coming back.....when I first heard it I thought "my god ke$ha are you talking about my life?" lol

Jeannette I was dieing on the elliptical and you know the theme song they used for Jon and Kate + 8 came on "Its your life, watcha gonna do. The world is watching you....." I socked it to that elliptical...it was a great song to work out to...there was another but I can't remember what it was...But I thought "Oh gotta tell Jeannette about this one too"
