I can't find the exact one online . . .
It was a lot like the Carman Electra strip tease workout, only called 10 minute crunchless ab's or something
The entire time I was like "I don't even feel anything" I can hardly stand up this morning lol

I went to the gym for the first time yesterday!!
I sat Wesson in his stroller with his evening bottle, he watch Wonderpets and ate snacks for a half hour.

I've been taking a martial arts class and they do 100 crunches each class. I've been unable to keep up with all 100.

OxyElite Pro. You take one before breakfast and one at lunch. It's a thermogenic fat burner so you get warm. I sometimes sweat but hey...whatever.

In January, I was doing the 30-day shred and taking it...I lost an inch in a week and a half and lost 10 pounds over the month. I fell off the bandwagon but I think it helped.
It definitely gives you a TON of energy. You just can't take it after lunchtime. Any later and you'll be speeding all night.

That's how I am too. My husband can go anytime. If I don't do it in the morning though I am too tired later.
