Star Card
Do any of you have the Star Card?
For Reese's birthday we are going to switch his bed from a toddler bed to a full size bed (his crib is one of those 4-in-1 thingamabobs) But the mattresses are just so darn expensive...figured we could just sign up for the Star Card and then just make payments on it.
Just wondering if any of you had any opinions of the Star Cards?

Its a card that you use at the exchange a lot like a credit card.

We have one. We used ours only a couple of times, but it was for uniforms and stuff related to deployments.

We use ours for big purchases. Like our TV and new matresses. I think it's good. If you pay more one month then you don't have to pay the next month, which is nice if you plan it right like around the holidays and stuff.

I don't really remember. It depends on how much is on it. I usually put like 50 to 100 dollars on it. The minimum is really low though if some months you are more strapped than others. We just bought a king size mattress and I think the minimum was like 15 dollars or something like that.

Wow that's good. Think I'll have to get me one of those. We dot have any credit cards or anything like that so I'm weary to get anything like it. But I don't have $400 to just drop on a mattress right now so this sounds like the way to go.
