I made it!

Well I finally made it back to England! I've spent the past few days cleaning our house. The guys we left it with were pretty much disgusting

Looks like someone tried to fry 1800 chickens on my stove! There were puddles of vegetable oil in my burners and oil literally dripping from the fan hood above the stove. I had to put on a mask and gloves to completely bleach my bathroom! Dishes piled everywhere on the counter tops, food that expired over the summer in the fridge, the lint filter in the dryer hadn't been cleaned in weeks and the microwave looked like someone threw spaghetti sauce all over it. Oh yeah, and the vacuum cleaner we had just bought 2 months prior to Ben deploying wouldn't suck up anything!

I was beyond pissed!

There were also porno dvd's stacked in the entertainment center!

Ben will be home SOON though! I finally got everything back to normal and all that's missing is him So it was worth it!

I know I know, I would have if he hadn't been deployed for six months. He got off this time but next time... it's all on him!

My husband was deployed for 13 months last time. I made him work when he was home for R&R. I think we have been married for too long.

Yes I think so too! We've been together for two years and have only spent one year of that physically together so I'll say we're still in the honeymoon phase

Yeah, you'll get over that eventually.

It's the phase where you let them get away with playing video games while you stare adoringly at them.

I would have been sooo angry!! I'm glad you made it there safely though!!! We definitely missed you. I thought to myself yesterday, "Great we scared her away already!!!" I forgot that you were flying home.
