My friend always makes this when we have get together's its always the first thing gone! John and I love it!

I made it for the first time this evening.

1 12.5 oz. can of chicken
8 oz. cream cheese
1/4 hot sauce ( I used Texas Pete this time)
1/4 shredded cheese (I used mild cheddar)
1/4 ranch or blue cheese dressing

Preheat oven to 350.
I melt my cream cheese/hot sauce/dressing in the microwave until they are blended well (its okay if the cream cheese is a little chunky). Then after that is well mixed add in the chicken and break up the chunks (the consistency should be a lot like that of tuna salad). Put the shredded cheese on top and then bake until cheese is melted (about 10 minutes). Serve with chips and eat eat eat!

Yeah all your doing when you put it in the oven is just warming it up. So slow cooker would work just as good!
