Quite possibly is my last working day in the Navy. (NOW I can get on this site at work. lol) I am overwhelmed with emotions, most of them being overshadowed by the fact that I am impatient about when my husband will be home.

How am I going to get through this day?

Are they good emotions or..."Holy crap I'm done with the Navy?" emotions?

Enjoy it. Eat some farewell cake...toilet paper someone's cubicle...raid the medical supply cabinet...get phone numbers of friends...

Take an AWESOME lunch.

And your husband will be HOME soon!!!

There is no farewell cake! lol I think most people don't even know it. I've kept it pretty hush hush. I'm trying to figure out how I can skate out early. lol

It's just a "holy crap" feeling. Six years. And I don't feel like I accomplished anything.

You accomplished alot. You had a commitment for 6 years to something. And that will look awesome on a resume. You juggled a family, a dual-military family at that, Rosemary, ups and downs, you learned alot from your field, military benefits...

*grabs your leg* YOU CAN'T GO BACK TO MINNEHAHA!!!

Not that I'd want to threadjack but Jon told me the reason he doesn't want to buy a house is because we'd be "stuck" in it. And he's not sure that he wants to stay here. I told him I'll divorce him before I move back to Wisconsin.

I don't know what the hell he misses so much back there. Such a typical Wisconsinite. People live and DIE in Wisconsin. They NEVER LEAVE.

His kids went to the school I graduated from.

Heck yes we have a mall, no tax, and it's not really THAT cold. I think we are moving to La Crosse though.

I just realized too, 4 years ago today I checked in at this clinic (to work sillies). And 4 years to the date I am leaving. Strange.
