***Think HAPPY thoughts***

On one of the other sites, one of the ladies started a "Think HAPPY thoughts" thread that we tried to add to every day. The goal was each day to find one HAPPY thought. No negative comments allowed. Sometimes deployment or our SO being away gets really depressing but when we think about the things happening around us we notice that sometimes we can find one small thread of happiness that keeps us going.
Anyone want to start that kind of thread here????

My HAPPY thought for the day:

What a GREAT day! Woke up to this text from my Hot Sexy SGT "It's ''I get to see my baby day!'' Woo Hoo! I love you sweetie.". Then to top it off my kids cleaned their room & living room b4 I got up WITHOUT BEING ASKED. Woo hoo!

I may be getting a long free vacation to see DB from my first choice interview school. I can't wait for DB to call so I can tell him.

My house is clean, my car is clean.... so once Mackenzie is napping..... it's ME time!!!

I don't have to shave my legs.

I got my wedding set cleaned for free today.

It was GAWJUS out today and I got to take a walk with my pups.

I have 2 for today.
I got a nap! and I wrote another letter Its amazing what a difference the little things make.

Tried out new make up today. Makes me look flawless. Love it! Trying now to perfect the "eyes"

I slept in today!!! [9:30]

7 more hours until I can go home from work.

This is my happy thought for the 18th.
I got to have dinner with 2 great friends and one of their husband. Connor had a blast playing with the kids!! I need to get out to see them more.

Connor slept in till 1130!!

4 days down...

I have an even better one for today. Not only is it one week down, but I got my first letters! No address yet but letters are amazing!!

I had to laugh at this one. One day when I raised my arm my 9 year old saw a bit of stubble under my arms. VERY LITTLE. Yet he made a big deal about it LOL. He ran to get my phone and told me he was going to take a picture and send it to DB. LMAO. Good thing he hasn't started staring at my legs LMAO.

I love that you are using this post . Seemed like a GREAT idea when I saw it on MSOS. I'd love to see it keep going. Sometimes we have those days when we just need SOMETHING to cheer us up.

My happy thought for today is that I'm on vacation with my DB this week....a WHOLE WEEK of being cuddled in his arms at night.

When I arrived Sunday night he said "we're going to wake up at 7 and go to ....". He never plans that far ahead so it made me feel special that he had looked forward to my visit so much that he already planned things to do with me on his off day.

Keep the thread going....YOU CAN DO IT!

My happy thought for today is that after socializing with the Army guys this week (vacationing with my SGT, well he's not on vacation but I am LOL) they think I'm fun and it's spurring all kinds of "water cooler talk". HILARIOUS!
