no, he'd make fun of me too. There are jumping jacks and such so I can't do it up stairs in our room, or it'll sound like a cow coming through the ceiling.

Day two 30 day shred.... I think if I got hit by a bus.... it might feel better than this!!!

I just finished Day 1. Umm...

By the end, I was almost naked. Peeling clothes off as I went on. Holy crap! That kicked my ass! Side lunges?! Oh my god...my legs are burning.

I better look like Jillian after this.

I did the 30 day shred over the summer. The only thing I didn't like was that it seemed like the difference in difficulty between levels 1 & 2 and levels 2 & 3 was too much.

Like level 1 was hard but doable at first and got easier fast. But level 2 was practically impossible at first, and with level 3 there were a couple things that I couldn't really do even on day 30.

I always wear a tank and leggins.I sweat like a pig when I excersise.

Kala, I thought you had done the 30 day shred before! Have you tried it? Or am I thinking of someone else? I could have sworn I read that you did it with your mom.
