Christmas Pictures... Empty Christmas Pictures...

Post by Tate Thu Nov 12, 2009 5:22 pm

I was just gonna take us to Walmart to get the $8 set but Dh mentioned taking us on base and him wearing his uniform...I figured he wouldn't want his pictures in his uniform but he was the one who mentioned it.

Only thing is my friend had hers done on base as a family and they turned out horrible. NONE of the pictures turned out good. Looked like some random Joe off the street came in and took their pictures.

I know the have like a $20 package but not sure of what all comes with it.

What would you do? These will be Christmas pictures.

I voted Walmart, no uniform. Smile But he could wear his dress uniform to Walmart. Or did he mean cammies?

Walmart. Uniform. giggle

I wonder if I could convince Jon into getting pictures done in his blues. Drool

IT WOULD BE PERFECT! You and Reese could wear red sweaters or something. lol

If you go on base, can't you see the proofs before ordering?

Yeah ...John will not walk in Walmart wearing any uniform. He's to picky about that lol

He said he didn't want to wear his dress blues...and I don't want him to wear them because I feel like me and Reese have to get MORE dressed up. SO ...I don't know. I guess I'll talk to him more about it even though he doesn't care. I'd rather him wearing Charlies or something. I don't really want him to wear Alphas because people confuse them with..."army" LMAO to many choices.

What if you went to Sears? They have a place he could change back there, and it is more private than Walmart, so people wouldn't be walking by.

I think they do a better job and the price is always the same. To me they are less "cheesy" looking. JMO.

I'm thinking about Sears or JCPenneys for pictures for Wesson... Check em out.

I hate Alphas. ROFL Jon LOVES them. He likes them better than the blues.

I told him he's crazy and that I will not stand for it. giggle

John likes blues better than alphas...I just think alphas look like every other branches uniforms lol

I like the dress blue charlies (usually worn by recruiters) or the dress blue deltas. Johns favorite is deltas I do believe he says the long sleeves look stupid. Rolling Eyes

You take that back! Bad Sailor's wife! I love the dress blues, the Navy dress blues. Drool
And while we're on the topic of uniforms, I do not like the new service uniforms, they look like Marines. LMAO

I also vote for Sears or Penny's.

Tate you know what I think about base since ours were so crappy but if you do happen to go there have the owner do them. He is much better than that girl we had, I hope she doesn't work there anymore.

I have a coupon for free classic wall portrait and 20% off entire purchase plus no session fee for Sears.
